PURPOSE : Cultivation method and apparatus for green bean sprouts are provided to prevent the decomposition of the bean sprouts and beans during cultivation processes. CONSTITUTION : A cultivation apparatus for green bean sprouts comprises the following : a cover unit(100) including a controller(120) with a water sprinkler(110) for sprinkling cultivation water, a selection button, and a display unit; a base unit(300) located on the bottom of a main body, including a heater(311), a temperature sensor(312), an oil level sensor, a carbon dioxide inlet(314), and a drain pipe(315); a cultivation water tank(310) including a water discharge pipe(316) connected to a circulation pipe(230) for circulating the cultivation water to the water sprinkler; a circulation pump connected to the circulation pipe; and a cultivation unit(200) located in between the cover unit and the base unit.
