PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method capable of removing chlorine, a trace of destructive fungus and the like contained in a general household water resources or the like without using electric power, apparatus or the like. SOLUTION : A water resource is set aside in a container of a certain amount. A certain amount, which is suitable for the container capacity, of processing material of rare earth 17 constituent elements is introduced into the container. After several hours, the water resource can be simply reformed into an aseptic state by original sterilizing energy which is generated by a "rare earth." The means can provide the same effect as even in the container made of resin, glass, ceramics or the like fabricated by mixing a "rare earth", and even in a state in which the water resource is fed into the container.
