PURPOSE : A method for re-dehydrating a dehydrated sludge cake is provided to largely reduce water content and to save drying cost.CONSTITUTION : A method for re-dehydrating a dehydrated sludge cake comprises : a step of adding cellulose-based excipient to primarily hydrated sewage and waste water sludge cake containing 80+/- 3% of moisture and adjusting the moisture content of the sludge cake to 60+/-3%; a step of repetitively pressing the sludge cake and lowering the moisture content of the sludge cake to 40+/-3%; and a step of crushing and pulverizing the sludge cake and selecting the excipient only.
