PURPOSE : A glove box is provided to continuously maintain a clean state by discharging rare gases under a high pressure.CONSTITUTION : A first valve(150) controls a gas flow supplied through a supply pipe. A discharge pipe(160) is connectively installed at a vent. A second valve(170) controls the flow of the rare gas and the gas discharged from the discharge pipe. An input tube(180) injects the rare gas into a chamber. A high pressure gas source(190) supplies high pressure gas to the supply tube.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
