PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth permanent magnet and a manufacturing method of the same, capable of reducing an amount of oxygen contained in a magnet particle before sintering and capable of preventing degradation of magnet characteristics. SOLUTION : A mixture is produced by mixing a magnet powder, formed by pulverizing a magnet raw material, and a binder. The mixture is formed into a sheet-shape, so that a green sheet is manufactured. Then, the produced green sheet is calcined with hydrogen and calcined by plasma heating, and the calcined body is sintered, thereby a permanent magnet 1 is manufactured. COPYRIGHT : (C)2013, JPO&INPIT
