PURPOSE : A manufacturing method of non-glazed porous blocks for a salt farm floor is provided to manufacture bay salt with a high mineral component by promoting the communications between a block body and a salt farm layer. CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of non-glazed porous blocks for a salt farm floor comprises the following steps : pre-processing foreshore, clay, agalmatolite and iron ore screening; wet mixing 40%/w of foreshore soil, 30%/w of heat resistant clay, 10%/w of pyrophyllite and aging the mixture with a moisture content of 12-15%; molding the matured mixture into block bodies having the size of 150*150*40mm by using a wet molding method; shaping and drying the molded block body; sintering the dried block molded product at 1, 080 deg. Celsius in an electric furnace; and trimming and polishing the sintered block products.
