PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for collecting target cells without reducing the number of leukocytes and the number of the target cells while reducing the number of erythrocytes contained in the blood to facilitate the observation of the rare target cells contained in the blood, and to provide a kit and a system usable for the method. SOLUTION : The method for collecting the target cells from the blood includes (a) a step of causing hemolysis by adding an erythrocyte-lysing agent to the blood, and (b) a step of separating the corpuscle components contained in the blood, or the broken product of the corpuscle components by separation means depending on the sizes.
