PURPOSE : A cylindrical mill stirrer for mixing large amount of fine grains containing earth and sand is provided to effectively pulverize soil in which fine grains are mixed in large amount.CONSTITUTION : A cylindrical mill stirrer for mixing large amount of fine grains containing earth and sand (1) comprises a stirring tank, a stirring shaft(20), and a tumbling mill(30). The stirring tank is horizontally installed and has a soil inlet port(11) and a vent(13). The stirring shaft is horizontally installed to the stirring tank and has a plurality of stirring blades(21) on the outside of the stirring shaft.
