TRACKER NODE, PEER NODE AND METHOD FOR MULTI-SWAM COLLABORATION IN BITTORRENT NETWORK

PURPOSE : A tracker node for cooperating with the swarm of a peer node in bit torrent environment and method thereof are provided to solve content non-availability problems by mutually sharing the chunk of the swarm in the bit torrent environment. CONSTITUTION : A determination unit(305) determines mutual swarm cooperation based on the content availability of a first swarm. A searching unit(307) selects cooperation target swarm by communicating with one or more opponent tracker nodes which manages each swarm in case cooperation between the swarms is determined. Cooperation control units(311, 313) transmit a guide line including information related to a second swarm selected as a cooperation target. The cooperation control unit mutually shares or cases different chunks stored between the first and the second swarm.
