PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a low alloy type ferritic stainless-steel sheet which has excellent hot workability and corrosion resistance and is applicable to general durable consumer goods, by utilizing Sn in a recycled iron source without depending on rare metals. SOLUTION : In the ferritic stainless-steel sheet including, by mass, 0.001-0.3% of C, 0.01-1.0% of Si, 0.01-2.0% of Mn, 0.005-0.05% of P, 0.0001-0.02% of S, >13 and ≤22.0% of Cr, 0.001-10.1% of N, 0.0001-1.0% of Al, and 0.05-1.0% of Sn, with the balance comprising Fe and inevitable impurities, γp defined by formula (2) : γp=420C+470N+23Ni+7Mn+9Cu-11.5Cr-11.5Si-52Al-57.5Sn+189 satisfies formula (1) : 5≤γp≤55, wherein C, N, Ni, Mn, Cu, Cr, Si, Al and Sn represent the content of each element.
