PURPOSE : A water-blown polyurethane composition is provided to provide polyurethane foam with excellent quality capable of increasing an insulating effect because the size of an independent bubble is minute.CONSTITUTION : A water-blown polyurethane composition comprises : a polyol mixture liquid with the average functional group number of 2-8 and the average hydroxyl group is 200-600 mgKOH/g; and comprises, based on the total weight of the polyol mixture; 1.0-3 weight% of a surfactant; 0.1-6 weight% of water as a foaming agent; isocyanate(polymeric MDI), which is a reactant and is mixed with a resin premix consisting of the polyol mixture, a foaming agent, and water by an amount to be enough for making the NCO/OH ratio into 1.0-2.0; 0.5-3.0 parts by weight of dimethylcyclohexylamine as a catalyst; 5-25 parts by weight of a flame retardant; and 0.5-5.0 weight% of an additives.[Reference numerals] (AA) High speed stirring by putting a reactor, catalyst and flame retardant into a resin premix; (BB) Low speed stirring by putting additives in; (CC) High speed stirringCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
