METHOD TO PRODUCE Al FILM REACTING WITH WATER AND COMPONENT OF FILM-PRODUCING CHAMBER

FIELD : metallurgy. SUBSTANCE : composite material is melted, containing aluminium with purity of 4N or 5N, as an initial aluminium material, and indium introduced in it in the amount from 2 to 5 wt % calculated for the weight of the initial aluminium material, which is evenly dispersed or dissolved in aluminium for production of homogeneous composition of this material. Then thermal spraying is carried out according to the technology of flame spraying of a melted material onto a surface of a base from aluminium, at the same time the melted material is supplied with the speed of 1.5-3.5 cm/s, and spraying is carried out at the speed of spray gas flow equal to 500-1120 l/min. Afterwards the sprayed melted material is hardened by means of tempering to produce an aluminium film, in which indium is evenly dispersed in aluminium crystalline grains.
