PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide equipment and method for maintenance of an apparatus for mixing earth and sand gathered on-site which facilitate sideways falling-down and returning and allow sideways falling-down in a floating state, instead of simple sideways falling-down, and maintenance and soil removal from the lower side. ŽSOLUTION : The equipment includes a supporting rack 37, a tilting fixed-length pillar 38, a supporting pillar 39 and a variable-length pillar 40 with both ends of the pillars pin-bonded to the supporting rack and a mixing cylinder 2, a lifting machine 45 lifting and supporting the mixing cylinder, a pedestal 46 arranged on the supporting rack in the direction of a specified inclination of the fixed-length pillar and supporting the inclined fixed-length pillar in an inclined state so as to support, in collaboration with the fixed-length pillar, the mixing cylinder sideways and floating above the supporting rack, and a tension introduction member 49 introducing a tension pulling the mixing cylinder lifted and supported by the lifting machine in the direction of the specified inclination.
