PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which improves a lifetime property. SOLUTION : A dielectric ceramic composition includes dielectric particles. The dielectric particle contains a barium titanate as a main component, a magnesium oxide as a first accessory constituent, a manganese oxide as a second accessory constituent, a silicon oxide as a third accessory constituent, and a rare earth element as a fourth accessory constituent. With respect to 100 mol% of the main component, the content of the first accessory constituent is 1 to 3 mol%, the content of the second accessory constituent is 0.05 to 1.0 mol%, the content of the third accessory constituent is 2 to 12 mol% and the content of the fourth accessory constituent is 2 to 5 mol% in terms of oxide. When the half value width of a Gaussian function indicating a particle size distribution of the dielectric particle in the dielectric ceramic composition is defined as W and the average particle size of the dielectric particle in the dielectric ceramic composition is defined as R, W and R satisfy the relational expression of 1.00≤W/R≤1.30.
