PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having high dielectric constant and excellent capacity-temperature characteristics. SOLUTION : The dielectric ceramic composition contains a main component expressed by a composition formula, (Ba1-xCax)TiO2+a(where, (x) is 0.02≤x≤0.10 and (a) is 0.9953, 0.05-1.00 mol MnO, 0.25-1.50 mol Re2O3(where, Re is a rare earth element), 0.01-0.10 mol oxide of an element selected from a group comprising V, Ta, Mo. Nb and W expressed in terms of oxide or multiple oxide and 0.5-3.0 mol sintering additive as accessary components per 100 mol main component. COPYRIGHT : (C)2008, JPO&INPIT
