PURPOSE : Spherical magnetic alloy powder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain uniform micro tissues by reducing micro segmentation. CONSTITUTION : A crucible(3) dissolves material alloy with the induction heating of an RF coil(2). A stopper(7) controls the discharge of the material alloy. A vacuum vale(11) vacuumizes a dissolving chamber(1). A vacuum gage(13) checks vacuum pressure. A gas spray nozzle(12) sprays the material alloy fused in the crucible with high pressure.
