PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of an anisotropic bond magnet capable of improving magnetic characteristics and manufacturing the anisotropic bond magnet with excellent dimensional accuracy using HDDR magnetic powders. SOLUTION : A manufacturing method of an anisotropic bond magnet comprises : a step (S12) of making a rare earth compound powder by processing a raw material containing a first rare earth element in a hydrogenolysis-dehydrogenation recombination method; a step (S14) of mixing a diffusion agent containing a second rare earth element different from the first rare earth element with the first rare earth element and adjusting a mixed powder; a step (S15) of manufacturing a compact by molding the mixed powder while pressurizing and heating it in a magnetic field; a step (S16) of impregnating the compact with a resin; and a step (S17) of curing the resin.
