The feeding system comprises a mixing or storage container (1), a fodder metering device (4), a rotary valve, a feed line (5), and a compressed air line (2). The mixing container or the fodder metering device is connected with the compressed air line, and the feed line is connected to a bypass conduit (7). An additional material feeder arranged in the form of screw conveyor (10) is provided for feeding poorly mixable feed supplements such as fiber, chopped hay or straw to the mixing container.
