PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a sintered compact dense and non-defective even in the low-temperature firing of ≤1, 100°C, a ceramic capacitor using the same, and their production method. SOLUTION : This sintered compact includes barium titanate as a main component, and the elements, K, B, Si, Mg and rare earth are added to the main component as subcomponents.
