PURPOSE : A ground vegetation device capable of effectively supplying water to plants in a planting box is provided to offer the vegetation device to unproductive areas. CONSTITUTION : A ground vegetation device comprises the following : a hose body(110) formed with an elastic material; a drip-watering hose(100) including wicks for dripping water flowing inside the hose body; and a planting box(200) with the bottom partially combing with the hose body, including a planting space and a rooting hole(290). The planting box is manufactured with a biodegradable material or a vegetable material. A wing body with a supporting member(170) and a protective member is formed on the outer circumference of the hose body.
