PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a packaging body in which separation of contents is good and transfer of the remover is rare. SOLUTION : In the packaging body (2a) having a base material layer (11) comprising extended resin and a sealant layer (13) laminated on one surface of a base material layer (11), the sealant layer (13) comprises mixed resin of one or more base material resins selected from the group comprising polyolefin, polyester, and polyamide and the remover comprising fatty acid ester in which HLB is 2.0 or less and the number of hydroxyl group is 0 or 1, and the packaging body is shrunk by subjecting to heat after filling with the contents.
