PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an apparatus for producing a fluororesin which can produce the fluororesin from polytetrafluoroethylene. SOLUTION : The apparatus includes a voltage generator 6 generating a voltage, and a cathode 1 connected to the voltage generator 6 and a surface thereof grounded to the earth, which irradiates electron beams to polytetrafluoroethylene composed of repeating units of (CF2CF2). A fluororesin having a three-dimensional steric cross-linked structure is produced by irradiating electron beams to the polytetrafluoroethylene. COPYRIGHT : (C)2012, JPO&INPIT
