CONSTITUTION : A cast steel is made from Carbon : 0.09%~0.16%, manganese : 0.6%~1.0%, Phosphorus : less than 0.025%, Sulfur : less than 0.025%, Silicon : less than 0.025%, Nickel : less than 0.09%~0.13%, Chrome : 0.2%~0.3%, Molybdenum : 0.2%~0.3%, Component selected from niobium and vanadium : 0.1%~0.2%, Rare earth metal : 0.3%~1%, the residue Fe and impurity. The rare earth metal is composed of cerium 56%, neodymium is 15%, lanthanum 26%, and praseodymium 15%.
