PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a facial roller device suitable for the massage and stimulation of a face or the like and the promotion of blood circulation for beauty. SOLUTION : In the facial roller device, a cylindrical roller 3, which is rotatable and freely touchable to a face, is mounted on one end part of a handle part 2 and a heating part 5 is embedded in the roller 3. It is preferable to cover a sheet 12 having projection parts 11 containing rare earth elements to radiate hormesis ions on the roller 3.
