PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a puncture needle cartridge and a puncture instrument using the same, wherein the puncture needle cartridge can be prevented from being re-used by mistake.SOLUTION : This cartridge has a configuration in which a re-attachment preventing flange 32a spreading to the outer periphery is formed on the rear end of a protective cap 32, a re-attachment preventing claw 39a is formed more closely to the front of a holder 39 than to the re-attachment preventing flange 32a, and the re-attachment preventing claw 39a can move in the outer and inner periphery of the holder 39.COPYRIGHT : (C)2012, JPO&INPIT
