PURPOSE : A steel producing method using returned molten steel is provided to improve the quality of steel even if the steel is produced in a converter by reducing the oxidation limit of molten steel. CONSTITUTION : A steel producing method using returned molten steel is as follows. Returned molten steel is put into a ladle. A re-carburizing agent is put into the ladle(S1). The temperature of the molten steel is increased to a set temperature(S2). The returned molten steel is heated in a ladle furnace, and the temperature of the molten steel is increased. The molten steel is re-put into a converter and is blown(S3).
