The present invention relates to a material including/understanding, even consistent in at least a selected acid polysaccharide among the poly (galacturonate) S, heparin and its derivatives, the hyaluronic acid and its derivatives, the chondroïtine sulphates, the pectin and its derivatives, the neutral polysaccharides, such as cellulose or the dextrane and their derivatives, modified by carboxylate groupings and/or sulphates, including/understanding a hydrophobic reason with a molar content from at least 2% compared to the unit of repetition, at least a selected cation biopolymère among the polyaminoacides and polysaccharides carrying cation groupings, chosen among the mono, di-, tri-alkylamino groupings or tétraalkylammonium, this biopolymère cation including/understanding a content molar in cation grouping from at least 25% compared to the unit of repetition, and possibly at least a substance activates, in particular hydrophobic, a process allowing obtaining such a material, a compositioj including/understanding such a material, a device including/understanding such a material and a surface covered by such a material.
