SYNTHETIC LEATHER BASED WALL FINISHING COMPOSITION AND ITS PREPARATION METHOD

PURPOSE : A heat-insulating wall finishing material composition using synthetic leather and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve thermal insulation of wall paper by adding a insulating material with high thermal efficiency to a synthetic leather resin layer. CONSTITUTION : A heat-insulating wall finishing material composition using synthetic leather comprises 50-55%% of synthetic leather resin, 20-25%% of vermiculite(mica-based) heat-insulating composite material, 5-10%% of inorganic ore material mineral, 5%% of inorganic ceramic binder, 5%% of zeolite, 3%% of antibacterial agent, 5%% of heptadecane, and 2%% of flame retardant. A manufacturing method of the synthetic leather wallpaper comprises next steps : impregnation stirring heptadecane with a synthetic leather wallpaper base binder at 75-80 deg. Celsius; mixing vermiculite(mica-based) powder, inorganic rare earth ore material powder, zeolite powder, antimicrobial agent powder and flame resisting fireproofing with the mixture from the previous step; mixing inorganic ceramic binder with the mixture from the previous step in order to obtain a synthetic leather insulation wall finishing material composition; manufacturing a synthetic leather layer by molding the finishing material composition at high temperature; and coadunating a rear side to the synthetic leather layer.
