PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a composition for a bond magnet which has excellent mobility and contains rare earth-iron-nitrogen based magnetic powder, ferrite magnetic powder and a resin binder, and the bond magnet using it. SOLUTION : In the composition for the bond magnet containing the rare earth-iron-nitrogen based magnetic powder having a Th2Zn17type crystal structure, the ferrite magnetic powder and the resin binder, the ferrite magnetic powder contains planar particles, and the number ratio of the planar particles becomes ≥30%.
