The present invention provides a soft magnetic alloy having a low melting point, a low coercive force, and a high saturated magnetic flux density at the same time. A soft magnetic alloy contains a main component having a composition formula of (Fe_(1− (α − β ))X1_α X2_β )_(1− (a+b+c+d))M_aB_bP_cC_d and auxiliary components including at least Ti, Mn and Al.
