PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a highly transparent oxide crystal having high sensitivity to neutron rays, generating little background noises caused by γ-rays, and usable as a neutron scintillator. SOLUTION : There is provided oxide crystals, etc. for scintillators, expressed by structural formula (1) and having a 10B content of ≥1.85 atom/nm3.
