PURPOSE : A separating apparatus and a separating method for separating acidic gas from mixed gas are provided to save energy required for degassing acidic gas and to easily dilute absorbent. CONSTITUTION : A separating apparatus for acidic gas includes an absorbing column(201), a degassing column(202), an absorbent introducing path, a re-boiler(203), and a condensed water supplying line. Absorbent absorbing acidic gas is filled in the absorbing column. The degassing column applies thermal energy to degas the absorbed acidic gas. The absorbent introducing path is in connection with the degassing column and supplies additional absorbent diluting liquid to the degassing column. The re-boiler supplies thermal energy to the degassing column. Condensed water from the re-boiler is supplied to the absorbent diluting liquid by connecting the condensed water supplying line and the absorbent introducing path. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
