PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a conductive paste which has a high suppression effect of sintering contraction, and suppresses occurrence of cracks due to contraction difference between an inner electrode and a ceramic layer when used for formation of an inner electrode of a laminated ceramic electronic component, and can suppress and prevent increase of thickness of a product due to sintering contraction of the inner electrode, and a manufacturing method of the laminated ceramic electronic component. ?SOLUTION : This paste has a composition containing a base metal powder, a ceramic powder, and an organic vehicle and, as a ceramic powder, the ceramic powder is used which is an oxide powder containing at least one kind of Ba, Ca, and Sr and at least one kind of Ti and Zr and of which surface is covered by at least one kind of oxide of Si, Cr, Mn, Ti, and V. At least one kind of a rare earth and Mg is made to contain in the above oxide powder. As the rare earth, at least one kind of La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, and Y is used. ?COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT ?
