PURPOSE : A cooling and heating system of a cultivation house for the water curtain cultivation is provided to stably secure the cooling and heating state of the cultivation house by continuously reuse cooling and heating water. CONSTITUTION : A cooling and heating system of a cultivation house for the water curtain cultivation comprises the following : a refill water tank(10) buried under the ground for storing underground or subsurface water and stably supplying cooling and heating water into the cultivation house; a water storage tank(20) including a water level control valve(21), an inlet pipe(22), an over-drain pipe(23), and a water level control pump(24); a heat exchange pipe(30) heat exchanging the cooling and heating water using earth heat or the underground water; a borehole(60) punched deeply under the ground for installing the heat exchanging pipe; a water feeding pump(40) supplying the cooling and heating water to the cultivation house; a water pipe(52) connected to the upper side of a water curtain(51); and a flash heater(53) installed on the water pipe.
