PURPOSE : A torque generating apparatus using a rare-earth permanent magnet is provided to rapidly detect a torque change according to a steering of an orbit car and a torque diminishment is recompensed so that an efficient experiment is possible. CONSTITUTION : A torque generating apparatus using a rare-earth permanent magnet(100) comprises a main driving motor, a torque generator, a slip ring(310), a torque meter, a torque correcting unit, and a power supply unit. The main driving motor transmits power to the shaft where car wheels are. The car drives a track or uses a caterpillar. The torque generator is installed in the rotary shaft.
