PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve the thermal conductivity of a capturing body for capturing impurities, in a helium purifier used in a re-liquefying device of helium gas. SOLUTION : As the capturing body which captures impurities in helium gas by cooling and solidifying them, a foamed metal material having a three-dimensional reticular structure is used. A foamed metal capturing body 60 is arranged in the flow passage of the helium gas, and cooling and heating are performed by the heat transfer by flanges 62 supporting an inner tube 50 and an outer tube 52 forming the flow passage and the foamed metal capturing body 60. Heat is transferred to the inside of the foamed metal capturing body 60 in a short time because the foamed metal capturing body 60 has the three-dimensional reticular structure.
