PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a fluorescent reagent for measuring immune with sufficient sensitivity, a measurement method, and a measurement kit. SOLUTION : These inventors discover a method for using fine particles emitting fluorescence when research for improving sensitivity as utilizing simplicity of agglutination is performed. Namely, the present invention relates to the reagent for measuring the immune containing the fluorescent fine particles comprising MIMIIO4 or MIAl5O12 (MI is yttrium (Y), lanthanum (La) or gadolinium (Gd), MII is niobium (Nb), phosphorus (P) or vanadium (V)), activated by rare-earth elements such as europium (Eu), terbium (Tb) and the like, and preferably, the fluorescent fine particles are coupled to an antibody or an antigen.
