PURPOSE : A BaZrO3-based protonic ceramic and an NiO composite are provided to enable the sintering at 1500 °C or less due to excellent sinterability of NiO, and to obtain a negative electrode substrate for protonic ceramic fuel cell with excellent gas permeability.
