PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of a high-strength oxide ion conductor. SOLUTION : When Ln is made one kind or two kinds or more out of rare earth elements, such as La, Ce, Pr, Nd, and Sm, A is made one kind or two kinds or more from among Sr, Ca, and Ba, B1 is made one kind or two kinds or more out of Mg, Al, and In, and B2 is made one kind or two kinds or more out of Co, Fe, Ni, and Cu, nitrate solution of Ga is prepared by mixing ethylene glycol and water to Ga nitrate; an acetate solution is prepared by dissolving acetate of Ln, acetate of A, acetate of B1, and acetate of B2 into water; and a mixed solution is prepared by mixing this Ga nitrate solution and acetate solution. By heating and dehydrating, and temporarily baking this mixed solution, an agggregate powder of fine oxide powder, or LnAGaB1B2 oxide powders are prepared, and by film-forming and drying these by a doctor blade method, a green body film is manufactured and sintered to make the ion conductor.
