PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To efficiently remove earth and sand sticking to a stay without imposing a load on a rotating mechanism of a grinding mixer. SOLUTION : A sticking earth and sand-removing device 100 includes : a scraper which is composed of a stretching part 120 which stretches on a stay 24, which fixes the bearing 14 of a grinding mixer 1 to a container 10, toward a rotary shaft 13; and a rotating mechanism 130 which relatively rotates the scraper and the stay 24 about the center axis of the container 10.
