PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To settle the problem that unpolished rice is high in nutritive value and excellent in preservability but unpolished rice diet requires much work in cooking and is poor in texture and absorption inside the body when compared with polished rice, so presently only a part of people prefers to eat and most people eat by rice cleaning to be polished rice not to sufficiently use the inherent nutritive value as food, and the lees after seasoning liquid production is disposed as a waste in many cases and is rare to be effectively reused. SOLUTION : Ground shell, garlic powder, instant coffee and vinegar are combined to extract nutrient components of each into the liquid, and to separate the liquid component and lees to make the liquid component to be a natural seasoning liquid for unpolished rice cooking; 5 cc thereof is added to 180 cc unpolished rice to cook so that unpolished rice excellent in digestion and absorption, soft and easily eatable is cooked. Further a liquid fertilizer and a fermented fertilizer can be produced by using the lees, thereby production of the natural seasoning liquid for unpolished rice cooking and the liquid fertilizer and fermented fertilizer using the lees is made possible.
