The present invention relates to a floor covering, which is adapted to be placed in particular in a stable, and the floor covering (1) is defined-by an upper surface (2) adapted in particular to the movement of the animals, comprising a relief and capable of undergoing elastic deformation, -by a bottom surface (3), for resting on the ground, and-by a peripheral edge (4), and the floor covering (1) comprises at least one layer (5, 6) made of a material capable of undergoing elastic deformation by pressing to allow said elastic deformation of said top surface (2). The flooring (1) is characterized in that it comprises a network electrical conductor (10), arranged at a distance from said top surface (2) and to be electrically connected to at least one ground (P), and that said upper surface (2) is constituted by an electrically insulating material, so as to provide various properties including equipotentiality at said floor covering (1).
