MATERIAL SOLUTION FOR PRODUCING OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTIVE THIN FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a technique by which an oxide superconductive thin film having high Jc and Ic is stably obtained in producing oxide superconductive thin films using the FF-MOD method. SOLUTION : The material solution for producing oxide superconductive thin films is used in producing oxide superconductive thin films by the coating-pyrolysis process and is obtained by adding hydrofluoric acid to a solution whose solute is a fluorine-free organometallic compound. The amount of the hydrofluoric acid added is 0.05-5% of the total metal ion concentration. The solute is trimethyl acetate of a rare earth element, trimethyl acetate of copper, or barium propionate. The oxide superconductive thin film comprises REBa2Cu3O7-x (RE : a rare earth element). COPYRIGHT : (C)2012, JPO&INPIT
