PURPOSE : A method of manufacturing environment-friendly valuable rare metal from electronic parts is provided to enable Au to be taken from electronic parts and electronic waste through three processes. CONSTITUTION : A method of manufacturing environment-friendly valuable rare metal from electronic parts comprises next steps. Three leaching processes are used to take Au from electronic parts and electronic waste and a metallic surface is firstly separated in H2O2. Valuable metal is taken by a second leaching process in NaOH solution. Valuable metal with purity of 99%% is taken in H2SO4 solution of 98%% in a third leaching process. Valuable metal including Au, Ag, Cu, Pd, Pt, Rh, Ni, W, Co, Sn, Zn, Al, and Mg is taken from the bank or socket of the scrap of waste electronics and electronic parts. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
