PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a use method which can sufficiently enjoy the effect of negative ion even by a small size negative ion generator. SOLUTION : An aqueous solution using titanium dioxide of rare earth ore, calcium carbonate, natural-ore tourmaline, natural rare earth ores, ceramic fine powder (fundamental component is FeO3, Al2O2, SiO2, MnO, Cr2O2, ZnO, CaO, TiO2, LiO2, La2O3, TbO2, LnO3, and Bi2O3) as composition component is synthesized.
