PURPOSE : An aluminum-based alloy plating bath and an alloy plated steel are provided to ensure the high processing performance and the corrosion resistance of a shear plane since strontium and rare earth element are added to an alloy plating bath at a proper ratio. CONSTITUTION : An aluminum-based alloy plating bath used for the surface plating of a steel(100) comprises strontium and rare earth element. The ratio of the strontium to the rare earth element is within a range of 1 : 3~1 : 10 in weight.
