The present invention relates to a method for preparing nitride-based phosphors, and more particularly, to a method for preparing nitride-based phosphors using europium as an active agent, and firing silicate-based precursors which contain, as main components, alkaline earth metals and silicon and which serve as raw materials, together with a compound of silicon nitride (Si3N4) alone or a mixture of silicon nitride (Si3N4) and silicon dioxide (SiO2).
