PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnet fixing jig preventing a lateral gap of a cut object in the process of cutting and after just completion of cutting in cutting of a rare earth magnet and improving dimensional accuracy of the cut object after cutting, and also to provide a rare earth magnet cutting device having the magnet fixing jig, and a cutting method. SOLUTION : In the magnet fixing jig, upper parts of first and second holding sections 11, 12 are respectively formed in a hook wherein pointed heads of the first and second holding sections are respectively faced inside, and a rare earth magnet is mounted on a base section 10 to push lower parts of the first and second holding sections 11, 12 inward by making pointed heads of the hook sections 111, 121 come in contact with the upper part of the rare earth magnet, the rare earth magnet is fixed on the base section 10 by pushing respective comb-tooth hook sections 111, 121 wherein the pointed head of one hook section is located at a position of the rare earth magnet higher than the pointed head of the other hook section.
