PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnet fixing tool capable of preventing horizontal shift or the like during machining and of performing highly accurate cutting at high speed. SOLUTION : The magnet fixing tool comprises : a platform 10; a first holder 11 disposed on one side of a rare earth magnet and a second holder 12 disposed on the other side. The platform is provided with channels 10a in the upper end. The first and second holders are comb-shaped in the upper part, so that guide gaps are formed permitting entry of a cutting tool therein. The upper part of the first and second holders are configured as digitate hooks with the tip ends facing inward. The tip ends of the digitate hooks 111 are in contact with the upper part of a rare earth magnet resting on the platform. The first and second holders are pushed inward at their lower portions so as to elastically deform the digitate hook and move it backward to the outside and to bring each of the comb-shaped digitate hooks in abutment with the rare earth magnet. Thus, with restoration by the stress of the elastic deformation, the digitate hooks pressurize the rare earth magnet to hold it in place on the platform in the magnet fixing tool 1.
