PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method of manufacturing an anisotropic rare earth bond magnet which has both of sufficiently high coercive force and square ratio.SOLUTION : The method of manufacturing the anisotropic rare earth bond magnet includes : a slurry preparing step of preparing slurry containing magnetic powder including a first rare earth element and having been subjected to processing by a hydrogenation decomposition desorption recombination method (HDDR method), a diffusion material including a second rare earth element different from the first rare earth element, and a dispersion medium; a molding step of fabricating a molded article by molding the slurry in a magnetic field; a diffusion heat treatment step of dispersing the second rare earth element in the magnetic powder by heating the molded article; a resin impregnating step of impregnating the molded article having been subjected to the diffusion heat treatment process with a resin, and a curing processing step of curing the resin with which the molded article is impregnated.COPYRIGHT : (C)2011, JPO&INPIT
